Vaillant's history dates back to 1874, when Johann Vaillant founded his own heating installation company in Remscheid, Germany. Vaillant's representative office in Zagreb was established in 1992 and, in addition to Croatia, was in charge of Slovenia, and since 1998 for all other markets in the region. It is based on reward points that users collect when purchasing or maintaining the device by Vaillant Authorized Repairers. By collecting a certain number of points, users gain the right to receive prizes in different ways and through different channels.
