The American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia (AmCham) represents the business interests of American, international, and Croatian-owned companies. AmCham is an international platform that brings together companies regardless of their origin or size, which combines a commitment to doing business in Croatia and contributing to Croatia's competitiveness and high business standards.

AmCham represents 250 companies that employ more than 91,000 people in Croatia. AmCham Croatia was founded as a non-governmental and non-profit organization and is fully funded by membership.

AmCham's vision for Croatia is to be a leading business organization that contributes to a strong and competitive business environment in Croatia and growing transatlantic cooperation.

The mission of AmCham Croatia is to provide its members with a forum for the development of business opportunities through the promotion of high standards of business practice, representing the interests of members and enabling business connections at a high level of management.

The intention of AmCham Croatia was to digitize business, create a single database to better manage membership relations and automate business processes. InSky's implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM has increased the speed of information flow, facilitated employee collaboration, optimized, and automated business processes, resulting in greater membership connectivity and more efficient business. Customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM includes creating a unique 360 view of chamber members, which includes tracking all activities, reviewing the membership level, an overview list of main contacts, and a history of events related to each member. Customizing the process within the marketing module in CRM has made it easier to create automated campaigns that make the organization of events and conferences simpler and more efficient. In addition, interactive reports have been created to track different types of activities in a way that requires only a few clicks from a general to a very specific report.

How InSky solutions work within the American Chamber of Commerce

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM combines different types of data about chamber members into a single database and enables the identification of necessary business activities. The introduction and adjustment of the CRM solution by InSky ensured centralized monitoring of all areas of activity of the chamber members. By indicating the level of membership, it is very easy to get a list of a certain group, or the size of companies for a certain category. In this way, the chamber has a clear picture for which activities a certain group of members should be contacted. Member profiles contain information on membership fees, i.e., recording invoices, as well as the date of opening and renewal of membership. This makes it possible to detect members whose membership has been suspended during a certain period, which provides AmCham with timely information on which members to contact to remind them of their expired membership.
